Ticket FAQs

What is the maximum number of tickets that I can buy?

There is no limit to the number of tickets that can be purchased. We offer a discount of 10% for groups of 10 or more. However, if purchasing 10+ tickets this must be done through the event office for the group rate to apply. Please call 01722 746717.

I've lost/misplaced my confirmation e-mail

Please contact the ticket office directly on 0844 776 6777 to discuss receiving a new confirmation e-mail. We advise you to have your booking reference available, or the card that you made the payment on. should They may require these details to find your booking.

When will I receive my tickets?

Tickets will be posted out from the 1st February. If you purchase tickets before this date then you will receive a confirmation e-mail once the purchase has been completed. You will then receive your tickets as soon as the first batch is dispatched. If you purchase tickets after the 1st February they will be sent out immediately after purchase and you should receive them within a few working days.

Can I buy tickets as a Christmas present or gift?

Prior to tickets being sent out on the 1st February we are able to provide gift vouchers for presents. Please request this option when purchasing tickets.

I need to amend my postal address or e-mail

Please contact the ticket office directly on 0844 776 6777. They will then be able to amend the details on your booking.

Can I refund/exchange/cancel my tickets?

Tickets will only be refunded if the request is made within 48 hours of purchase. Wilton does not offer exchange or refunds after this 48-hour window. Requests should be made to the ticket office.

General FAQs

Is the event suitable for small children?

Wilton Classic and Supercar is a family event which aims to provide a fun and educational day out for everyone. There will be a range of children's activities and play areas around the site.

Is there medical facilities onsite?

There will be a well-equipped first aid centre located next to the event organiser's office.

Can I volunteer at Wilton Classic and Supercar?

Wilton is always on the lookout for enthusiastic volunteers to help at the event. It is a great way to be involved in the action while helping to make the event run smoothly. Please watch this space for more detials on how to apply to our volunteer network. If you wish to register your interest please drop us an e-mail wcs@wiltonhouse.com

How much money goes to the dedicated charities?

Drivers' entry fees will go towards out chosen charities. We will announce the total raised after the event. There will also be a number of other options available to you on the day should you wish to donate to the WCS charities.

Lost People and Property

Lost people should be taken to the Event Organiser's Office or Event Information Office, where we will help to re-join them with their party and ensure they are kept safe until this happens.

Lost property should be taken to the Event Organiser's Office or Event Information Office. If you have lost anything telephone the Main Event Office after the weekend and we will see if it had been handed in: 01722 746717

Are there cash points on site?

There will be no cash point on site. Cards will be accepted where possible but please bear in mind that not all exhibitors may have this facility.

Are we allowed to bring picnics/food?

Yes you are more than welcome to bring your own picnics. We just ask you respect others when setting up your picnic area and that any rubbish is appropriately disposed of.

Is there a dress code?

Wilton is a garden party event and visitors are encouraged to dress appropriately.
Please bear in mind though that it is an outdoor event and the British weather can be unpredictable. Please check before attending and bring appropriate protection e.g. sun cream, umbrellas etc.
